Prime Wires Pvt. Ltd. makes and exports mild steel (M.S.) wire, high carbon (spring steel) wire, G.I. wire, binding and baling wire, stitching wires and wire products such as wire nails, wire ropes and springs. Our products are sold under the brand name Jyoti, to industries across India and customers in Europe, Africa and Asia.
Our plant is in Vasai, Palghar, Maharashtra. We have been drawing wire there since 2003, under the leadership of our Managing Director, Mr. Bhavya Shah.
From choosing raw material to packing and dispatch, we do not compromise on quality, and we keep improving our process to meet international standards. Good planning keeps our delivery times short, and every customer, small or big, gets the same service.

Much of the stitching wire sold in India is bought ready made and simply rewound and rebranded. We start from wire rod and do every step ourselves. If a customer ever has a problem, we can trace the reel back through each stage of production and fix the cause.
It also means we give honest advice. If your cartons will sit in a humid port for months, we will tell you that plain G.I. wire is not the right choice, even if it is the cheaper sale.

We run eight tests on every production lot and keep the results on record against the reel number, so every reel can be traced.

Export packing
We export to customers in Europe, Africa and Asia. Export orders are packed to protect the wire from moisture during the sea voyage.
Export reels are sealed, wrapped in anti rust (VCI) film where needed, palletised, strapped and shrink wrapped. Test certificates and packing lists are issued against reel numbers, so any query can be traced even months later.
Moisture builds up inside shipping containers and can cause rust on stitched cartons. For cartons going by sea, we usually recommend brass or copper stitching wire and will explain why.
Documents we provide: commercial invoice, packing list, mill test certificate, certificate of origin on request, and reel level traceability.
